While we do have a small office for administrative tasks, the majority of our team (including the Managing Director) work remotely through our database. Our website provides comprehensive information and guides you to relevant sections in a timely manner. We utilise automatic email notifications to keep authors and editors / designers / marketing personnel informed throughout North America and Europe.
However, this doesn’t mean that close relationships are not formed; they often are. Our efficient workflow is facilitated by automatic notifications and our detailed Publishing Guide that helps us see a book through to publication.
We communicate via the Author Forum
If you have any questions, you can find the Author Forum in the top right corner of your screen when you log in. From there, you can get answers from anyone in the company within a few days. This forum is specifically designed for authors like you to have open communication and access to everyone in our company including other authors.
